This is it! Day 1 in our countdown to Disneyland! Our final post before our trip, and today, we are taking a look at the incredible World of Color! Located over at Paradise Pier in Disney’s California Adventure, the World of Color show is a technological marvel featuring incredible music, stunning graphics, and water! I was lucky enough to be able to watch the premier of the World of Color over the internet when it debuted for celebrities and media back on June 10, 2010.
Seeing it on my laptop or computer screen, like I do now, is nothing compared to watching it live, and I absolutely can’t wait for that to happen! There are two ways that I plan to see it — three, if you ask Sophie. The first way, of course, is by taking it in at the park. To do so, you will need to get a FastPass ticket at the kiosks over by Grizzly River Run.
A second way to view the show is to watch it from the balcony at the Grand Californian. I have done some research, though, and everyone says that the first way to watch the show should be live in the park. After that, I have heard that watching it from the balcony gives a different perspective that is fun to witness.
If you were to ask Sophie, she would say that she wants to watch World of Color from Mickey’s Fun Wheel — but unfortunately, the Fun Wheel is one of the attractions that closes for the show.
If you have not seen the video yet, feel free to check this video out, and enjoy!
